How we can help

You bring the job offer. We take care of the work permit and the paperwork.

How the work permit works

Egyptians need a work permit before the visa. We do your type A work permit and all the paperwork for your work visa.

  • We check your job offer has what the permit needs.
  • We check your passport and permit details match exactly.

Permit, then visa

Two steps, in this order. The visa can't last longer than the permit.

From job offer to work permit

The path from Egypt, based on the Polish embassy's own rules.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your offer

    Submission and decision

Work visa documents

From the Polish embassy's national visa page for work. The consul may ask for more, or for an interview.

From you

  • The national visa form, printed and signed
  • A colour photo, 3.5 × 4.5 cm, white background, under 6 months old
  • Passport issued in the last 10 years, valid 3 months beyond return, with 2 blank pages, and a copy of the data page
  • Copy of your Egyptian ID (show the original)
  • Reference and salary letter from your current employer in Egypt
  • Mogamma movement certificate for 7 years, if it's your first trip or you lost a passport
  • Travel medical insurance for all of Schengen, at least EUR 30,000
  • Return flight booking (buy after the visa) or a written declaration
  • Copies of earlier Polish or Schengen visas

With your work permit

  • The work permit, with names and dates exactly as in your passport
  • Proof of accommodation in Poland
  • Proof of means: 75 PLN a day. The salary on the work permit counts

Arabic documents need a translation into Polish or English, and originals are required. Statements from Egyptian banks are not accepted as proof of means for national visas. A criminal record certificate is not on the embassy's list.

What we do

  • Do your work permit and all its paperwork
  • Check that your passport and permit details match exactly
  • Give you the embassy's document list and check every item
  • Fill in the national visa form with you
  • Arrange translations of your Arabic documents

Good to know

  • You must enter Poland on a Polish work visa. A visa from another Schengen country doesn't allow you to work under the permit.
  • The embassy doesn't send passports back by post: you collect yours in person, or someone else collects it with your power of attorney.

Questions about working in Poland

Do you book an appointment for Poland?

No. Our Poland service covers the work permit and the paperwork. An appointment isn't part of it.
